How can the control sense of the PID controller be inverted for MICROMASTER 4 / SINAMICS G120 inverters?
Parametrization for MICROMASTER 4 and SINAMICS G120 (independent of the firmware) as follows:
- Is applicable for SINAMICS G120/G120C/G120D/G120P inverters with Control Units with with a “-2” in the product name:
For SINAMICS G120 inverters, the control sense is inverted by reversing the sign of the control difference in parameter p2306 "Technology controller fault signal inversion ". As a result of the conversion, the setpoint is subtracted from the actual value. - Valid for SINAMICS G120/G120D inverters with Control Units without a “-2” in their product name, and for MICROMASTER 4 inverters:
As parameter p2306 for SINAMICS G120/G120D inverters with Control Units CU240S/D and MICROMASTER 4 does not exist, for these inverters, the control sense is inverted by interchanging the setpoint and actual value (p2253 = actual value, p2264 = setpoint). The setpoint is subtracted from the actual value as a result of this interchange.
